I see what you were going for here rather clearly, it's an interesting angle on gluttony. The doughnut (and her lips) look tantalizing and indeed they make me wish for the sweet treat, even though I know I shouldn't eat it.
Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending how you look at it) I have loads of actual critique for this piece -

There are a lot of overexposed pixels everywhere in the picture, it makes it very hard to concentrate on the most important part of the photograph because I keep wandering to the little orange dots and over sharpened areas. The sprinkles in the far bottom right corner, for example, if you look you can see the orange blocks of exposure, it distracts from the excellent idea and angle by being blown out.
The small area in between the pastry and her chin as well, the white is pixelated (why is that never a word) and distracting.
As for the colors, they are very vibrant and lovely, except again for the problem of being blown out. They seem almost too bright; both of these problems could be alleviated by simply running a blur over top the worst areas and blending the colors a little better. It takes from the impact of the piece with all the noise to detract from the tongue and the sweet treat.
All in all, this is an excellent photograph, you get down to the general idea very well and pay an excellent homage to one of my favorite Deadly Sins <img src="e.deviantart.com/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt=";)" title=";) (Wink)" />.
